What do you think of our shroud?

The Warren Heritage Foundation is so proud to partner with the Methodist Church and the contributions of countless others to finally begin large scale restoration of the steeple!  Thanks to all who have made this possible!

As an ongoing fundraiser for our endowment, Warren Heritage Foundation will offer walking tours of the town core.

Within a one-mile walk you will encounter significant Native American, Colonial Era, Revolutionary War, Triangle Trade, whaling and Industrial Revolution sites. The structures along Water Street and the adjoining streets are a vivid canvas displaying 300 years of New England history. The architecture portrays the lives, struggles and wealth of this vibrant New England seaport.

The tour will form in the parking area of the Warren Town Wharf, 285 Water Street.  We will continue to walk a one-mile route along Water Street and adjoining streets, which will circle the town and return to the Town Wharf.  Excellent restaurants dot the route, and a midday tour is strongly recommended.

We can accommodate groups of 5 to 20, and more by special arrangement – the tour is ideal for tourists, school/university groups, corporate outings, and official state or federal groups.  A donation to our endowment of $10 per person is much appreciated.
